A system is only as good as the people using it

Most Odoo problems people bring to us aren't bugs
They're a team that was never properly shown how the system works.
We train your people on the modules they actually use, at the pace your business runs at.

New hires

New hires who need to get productive on Odoo without pulling a colleague away from their own work every time they're stuck

Deeper module skills

Teams that went live with the basics and now need deeper, module-specific skills, reporting, approvals, the features nobody covered on day one

Inherited instance

Businesses that inherited an Odoo instance from another partner and never got proper training in the first place

Admins & power users

Admins and power users who need to understand configuration, not just day-to-day use

Training, not just implementation handover

Every implementation we deliver includes training as part of go-live, enough for your team to run the system day one.

This page is for what comes after: deeper sessions for specific modules, training for people who joined after go-live, or a proper refresh if the training you got the first time around didn't stick.

Implementation

An Odoo project succeeds or fails on whether people actually use it.

Odoo project succeeds or fails on whether people actually use it.

A system nobody was shown how to use gets worked around, not worked with and the workarounds are usually where the real problems start.

 —= How we train =—

Built around your actual workflows, not a generic curriculum

We train on your data, your modules, your approval chains, not a demo database with sample customers nobody recognizes.

One team, or one person at a time

Group sessions for a department going through the same change, or one-on-one for an admin who needs to go deeper than the rest of the team.

Role-based, not module-based

A sales rep and a warehouse admin need different things from Odoo. We build sessions around what someone's job actually requires, not a fixed list of features.

We train your key users first

Where it makes sense, we train a small group deeply so they can support their own team day-to-day, you're not dependent on calling us for every small question afterward.

 —= Training areas =—

Admin & configuration training

For whoever owns your Odoo instance internally: users, permissions, workflow rules, report building.

Post-go-live refresh

For teams who had training once, before the system was in daily use, and need it to actually stick this time.

End-user training

A day-to-day use of the modules your team works in: sales, inventory, invoicing, purchasing, HR.

New-hire onboarding

A standing session or self-serve material so new employees don't wait weeks to get comfortable in the system.

 —= FAQ =—

Training at go-live covers the basics people need to start working. It rarely covers everything, and a lot doesn't stick until people are using the system for real.

A refresh a few months in, once you know what's actually causing confusion, is often more useful than the original session.

Yes.

We regularly train teams on systems another partner built — we just need access to review the configuration first, so the training matches how your instance actually works.

Both — on-site works well for group sessions and new deployments, remote works well for ongoing or one-on-one sessions.

We'll recommend whichever suits the session.

A single module refresher can be a few hours.

A full onboarding programme for a new team is scoped based on how many modules and roles are involved — we'll give you a clear estimate before starting.

Is this a one-time session or ongoing?

Either.

Some clients want a single focused session; others set up training as new hires join or new modules roll out. We'll scope it to what you actually need, not a fixed package.
